Whether you need a notary right away, or next week, USA Signing Services can dispatch a notary signing agent to your location, virtually anywhere in the country!
Please note the following requirements, and then complete the form below.
- Notaries do not prepare documents or provide legal advice. You must provide document(s) ready for an acknowledgement, jurat, or other notarization.
- Although service by our notaries may be scheduled virtually anytime, seven days a week, our scheduling department is open for orders M-F, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Central Time. Requests received outside of these times will be processed the next business day.
- Orders from private parties must be paid by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Our notaries are not authorized to receive payment. You will be asked for payment information when we quote your service.
- USA Signing Services provides mobile services only. Notaries will come to your home, office, or any other convenient location for signing.
- Notarization generally requires physical appearance by the person(s) signing, and proper (current) photo identification for all parties. Requirements vary by state, so ask your assigned notary if you have any concerns about this.
- This form is intended for private parties and businesses who wish to order notary services by credit card on a limited basis. If you are a TITLE COMPANY or other company interested in setting up an account for ongoing service, click here.
- Rates for service by a mobile signing agent begin at $50.00. Our quote will be based on location and other factors.
